1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?
Your products will be dispatched within two days of your order and then it will take up to two weeks for them to arrive at your doorstep. Each product on Your Best Shop has an estimated delivery time which you can find in the product description.
2. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Instead of returning the items, you can contact us for a full refund. For what ? Returns go against the importance we place on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So all you have to do is tell us what went wrong, send us a picture and we'll give you a full refund. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
3. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders are sent out before we can process the cancellation. Therefore, if you cancel your order but still receive the package, you can do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
4. WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE THE RIGHT ITEM?
If there's a problem with your order (wrong size, wrong color, faulty, or not exactly what you wanted), just let us know and we'll refund you. You will not be asked to return the product to us.
5. DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you haven't received the exact product you expected, just let us know and we'll get you a new one.
